Technical Chevy Clutch Assembly ID ???

I'm really scratching my head on this one. Thought it was a '66-67 Chevy Chevelle... but it doesn't look like the other ones I've seen online. What year / make / model is it? Here's some pics:

















I can't find the right year or model that this is. I'll give a LIKE to anyone that can help me get close or nail it.
