Hey guys and gals, need a little help here. I am in the process of putting a 50 model COE on a 1978 motorhome ch***is. It has the Chevy 454 with the automatic trans. My problem is that the front fenders come down exactly where the steering box is on the outside of the frame making it impossible to use the steering box where it is. Any ideas of what I can do to have steering on this? Also, the master cylinder is in the way but moving it shouldnt be a problem. I am also moving the rear axle, spring hangers and all forward and then I will cut the rear frame section off as soon as I determine the length I want. I have cut the floor, firewall etc quite a bit to get the cab as low as possible. This should be a pretty cool looking ride when its done. Hope someone out there can help. THANKS!!
