Technical Chevy headers on a Mopar

    I have a 64 Polara . Do you know if the 351 long tube will fit
    Do you know if the 351 header will fit in a 64 Polara .

    There are many different headers styles for 302-351 (and the earlier variants; 221, 260 & 289) depending on what car or truck they are made to fit. I bought "pickup" headers since they looked more like what I wanted in terms of how far down they hang and how long they are. Regardless of what style you get, you may still need to either build adapters to mate the Ford header flange (flange angle and mounting hole pattern) to the Mopar exhaust port or, if you're lucky and the flanges of the headers you buy care close, you might "get away with" just cutting the header tubes at the flange and bending the flange to get the flange angle you need. Then re-weld the tubes and re-drill to your exhaust port pattern.
