I do NOT know what happened.

 

A friend has one a few years newer. Similar drivetrain except its an older SBC. Drives his kids to school in it and runs 7's, 170 mph.

might be because of the 65 front fenders? or the paint scheme?

I've had a few folks ask if my II was a Falcon....

 

It’s the HAMB L.. If your building a car and it is not HAMB friendly enough you probably won’t see it here. There’s other cars being built but if they don’t fit the house guidelines there’s only so much you can show.. Therefore you get to see much of the same type of cars getting built over and over again..

 

Also, no side windows..Therefore , Altered. By gawd, I think you're getting it now.

 

Ok before I take a hit here from the Gasser Police.....the title of this thread is Chevy II....not gasser Chevy II, not Altered Chevy II, not Junior Stock Chevy II...I saw some cool looking Chevy II’s and...wasn’t looking at wheels, class designation, just thought others might want to see them too...

 

You’re good man.. This is a Chevy II thread with no specific build types indicated nor limitations on image date.. Just HAMB friendly Chevy IIs up to ‘65..

 

Correct. Maybe I missed your point on the spindle mounts.. So it was what then?
