Damn....my bad...sorry.. not real versed in the Chevy II world...I guess I gotta stick to the rounded body ones
I can see how you might think that. When I got spanked for posting my car I actually knew it would happen, just thought I would test the waters. I took it for what it was intended to accomplish. Tiki didn't seem to be too bothered by the reminder. Pretty sure I recall you commenting in the past something to the effect "we just need to police ourselves".
That's right, we need to police ourselves, not call foul on the other guy. If I'm incorrect I apologize, but your comment sounded like one meant to bring attention to Tiki's foul. After all, you and Mark Yac are quite vocal about rule breaking photos. I will say, though, that I've also started to bring some goofs to the mod's attention.
Yeah I guess my problem was I dug the whole deal in the pic I posted..cool looking tough little car, steelies out back, cragars up front, in front of a old Sunoco station...I remember lots of those Chevy II’s bitd..was a nice black one, laser straight, with satin center lines when I was kid in the late 70’s / early 80’s we used to pedal our bikes up to A & W on Friday nights and that car always stuck in my dome.. I’ve learned the errors of my ways haha..
i originally posted my 64 wagon on the first page ,post #22 . pre-photobucket "lets charge everybody " reposting ....64 hard at work and my convertible after paint. both have different owners now , but i'm always on the lookout for another.
Wow, cool photo and look at those Traction Masters, if there ever was a car back in the day that needed them it was a ChevyII/Nova with monoleaf springs.
One I've not seen. Early Nova course car. http://carguychronicles.com/2019/05/chevy-ii-deuces-wild-at-the-saloon/
