Shameless repeat, may be new for some that haven't read the thread from the beginning. A note for the yungun's.......... It was common practice for this era to move the front and rear wheels forward for better traction on the two door cars (did you notice this is a four door), does look a bit odd but would have been much harder to move the rear wheels forward on a four door.

What, is Don Nicholson about 7 feet tall? Am I seeing a 4 lug front end with a 5 lug rear? Some funky front fender flare work and probably some torch work in the rear wheel wells. I'd like to know from any primary source to be sure, but I think this was a '62 fuelie 327 under the hood and a T-10 4-speed. Don't know what the rear is. Front clip paint doesn't exactly match the Ermine White on the rest of the body, so it may be fiberglass. With an unlimited budget and tons of garage space, I think this would be what I would want to build, with no parts made after 1963." WOW! Great template for any early-mid '60s compact hooligan, do the same to a Falcon, Valiant, Tempest, F-85, Rambler American etc. Don't go crazy trying to fit super wide rubber, just some 6 inch mags and sports car specials! Always liked that wagon. I think I remember an under hood shot in a Car Craft back then. Back about that time, there was a Chevy 11 wagon that ran at Quaker City, Salem, Ohio. It was brown and called The Flying Dutchman. It ran a Rochester injected engine. Maybe someone here remembers it.
