Chinese Quality Check ....wheels not food <g>

    Here's the deal: I have this pretty cool (but likely not too HAMB friendly) Nova I'm working on. The plan is to build it with period style parts (they can be repros...I'm just not rich enough for a bunch of real deal pieces). This would be stuff that looked pretty much right for the late sixties to mid seventies. I'd really like to use either an American Torque Thrust Original (TTO) on the car or a set of Vintage Wheel Works V40's (ET's are out). Which of the genuine, made-in-China choices do you think is better quality? And one more question: I thought I saw something here in a search that the 15X4 offered by Vintage Wheel Works isn't actually a 4.00, but instead a 5.00? Any insight into that?
