this is great, been having the same idea for the floor on my biscayne. now seeing it done really helps me out with the way i want to go. great job and keep it up.
One of my top 3 favorite builds Im watching on here...awesome work...Like the black cherry idea..this car needs to see paint!!
well I got to fenders a while back but the pass side had dents from a door swinging into it so I decided to work on that today... I figured since I was already workin on it I would make it match the door better. I made a pattern of the door, then I cut out the inner fender brace and tacked the pattern to the fender, worked my dents and re welded the inner brace back to the fender.
I know its kinda off topic but ,you got any pics of the chevy truck in the back ground? I have always had a soft spot for 67-72 chevy trucks....Your Delivery is wild!!!
ya the only stock sheet metal on the front of that truck is some of the fenders, the rest is hand made
well I put the front clip back on, I cant believe ho bad that epoxy primer fades. I am workin on relocating the hood hinges so as to clear the big white walls. If anyone needs to move there hinges, I plan on producing a bolt on adapter for the fire wall and the hood
to the frame it self.... I notched it in the front for the tie rods, cut and lowered the front horns, and I notched the rear for the axle.
as for the body drop.... not to be a smart ass but I built a new floor. The old floor was to far gone to save, so I built the floor and body dropped it in one step. I started by sectioning the fire wall 2 1/2", hope that helps
