I agree, find a jalopy if you just have to chop something, but bobbed fenders would look good. Just find another pair to do it to. In an ivestment point of view, unchopped would give you a wider market. Just my 2 cents.
Leave it as is!! Remember there's not much room in a coupe. Might get into head room issues depending on your height also. I go for the chrome windshield though. If you want to bob the fenders, get a pair of glass ones and put them on. Also, just put the top ha;f of the hood back on, leave the sides open. Entirely different look from the front. Butch
If the paint wasn't as nice and everything, I think it would look better with a 3" chop, but... that car is so nice I'd have a hard time with it. If it were my car and I were going to keep it forever I would chop the top.
i wouldnt go by opinions on this site.. 90% of people know whats goin on.. but there is that 10% that would say chop it no matter how perfect it is.. tehy have the clown cars that car has CLASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS ... NO way would i chop it... its beautiful
Man, its already modified it has V8 in it, thats enough for an ''A'' thats that nice lookin', shit if mine looked like that it would be as low as it is today. You have a beautiful Hot Rod as it is, if you want a low one build another from a far worse ''A''. Mick.
I'd hold of on chopping it.... at least for a while. If you get the urge a year down the road, then go for it. Keep the fenders for sure. It's a gorgeous car as is.
I read your other thread yesterday and thought no please dont. So please please dont chop it. That car is Badass.
Adam, I think the changes you have made to the car are spot on. It looks bad ass. I like the idea of the quick change. I don't think you even need to bob the fenders. I would call it done and enjoy it.
that thing is so dope. leave it be. or sell it to me. i just said that to make it rhyme. you should keep it and drive the wheels off it.
Don't be a woose, chop it. And have some real balls and leave the fenders and everything else as it. That photochop looks great, but maybe just a bit too much chop for a fendered car.
I'm with the leave it alone crowd also. Change the wheels and tires every couple of years just to give it a different look.
???? this car is beautiful!!!!!!!! dont touch it! at all. just wash it when it gets dirty, and talk sweet to her
Ok the chop looks cool but I fear if you tear into it you'll end up changing it by painting it a different color or what not which will lose the essence of this car. It's perfect right now. Why touch it just to make it different. I would study everything about this car and do another with the chop and bobbed fender but do not I repeat do not touch this one!!!!
It's your car, do what makes YOU happy, not what makes everyone else happy! I probably am not going to chop the top on my Chevy!
I looked at the poll, the majority say, Leave it. There are small things you could do to change it up. How about 32 bumpers?
I really like the photoshopped pic, but the car is nearly too nice to chop....... What am I saying!?! Chop the hell out of it!
