choped and low, looking for profile shots....

    hey guys,

    working with a guy building a real low pickup thats going to be choped ALOT

    prolly the ever popular mid 30s cabs or might end up with an earlyerr 30s cab

    anyways im looking for profile pix of trux like this to determine a bed length. to long and it looks a mile long with a way choped top. to short and it just looks wrong

    kulture pimp, motormikey?? anybody?

  4. Man, I like low as much as the next guy...but that second pic. is just a bit much. There's no way you could get from point A to B w/ out rapeing your undercariage. Ouch!

    weird for a guy for canada pulling up pics for two blocks from my house and for the second pic its air baged but smokin 36s got the right bed length its a aswom truck and he drives it ever where

    Man! That "smokin 36" is real close to what I'm doin! Mine's even the same shade of red. weird.

    how tall are your tires?
    how long is your bed?

    I'd say the truck Poncho posted first would be the best length there... I know what you mean. Don't want ot too short or too long... about where that grey and red truck is is perfect. you wouldn't want it too low either...

    I cut 9" off the back of the stock chevy box so the wheel would be centered.... Now I just have to mount it where its SUPPOSED to be........ LUKESTER

    V8,i built/ am building it...started with just the cab.it looks alot like yours for a good reason. after seeing yours i got the idea,,,so THANKS [​IMG] hehehe
