Technical Chopped 1953/54 Chevys

I build 3-4 of these cars a year for people.. There is one thing that bugs me about these cars when I get to the gl*** stage on the cars.. Where can a guy buy the felt window channel at in a roll... Versus by the door and paying through the nose for it!?? I have searched everywhere and haven't been able to find any.. Just individual pieces and with the shipping ends up being 50.00 a door... It just seems unreasonable... Maybe I'm wrong.....

 

Sachse rod shop has a decent selection of this type of stuff. Maybe look there.

They Had every size and shape in the paper catalogs 10 years back.
