Chopped and Leaned: The Roadster Windshield Thread

Here's anutter 1 of mine

 

Kick *** thread! Gotta say though after seeing the top picture in post #22 (my lucky number by the way!) there is a reason why I always post my pictures in their tiny thumbnail format... My yard and shop look awful!!! That's "endlessearth's" little '29 in one of it's many awkward stages this last year.

I have to roll my '29 roadster pickup out of it's hidey hole deep in my shop this weekend so I can get some pictures of it (and it's newly aquired genuine halibrand 16" no holes and Firestone dirts!) and some gumption to prime it and get it running. When I do I'll post a shot or two of it's chopped stock windshield.

My main concern is the stock top I have is setup for that windshield. Im thinking of buying another setup to cut down when my ship comes in... I think the Somalian Pirates are holding it up.

thought I'd also point out that the car in post #21 fourth picture down is the same car in an earlier guise. I think I would be remiss if I didn't show it as it is now, too

That's what I was thinking.. Those headers are a pretty good clue as to what's going on. That's the red dot roadster that Zibo built and used to own. Well, at least that's what I think I've read. Am I mistaken?

 

Absatively no mistake! I just gave it a shave and haircut...

Hey Tex***peed I gotta ask, the black semigloss car in post #25 picture number 3, a '29 on duece rails, any idea who's car that is?

 

I think these are the last of what I have on my work PC.

 

That car was seen traveling with the Rolling Bones crew last year. Brian Darwas was with them taking pictures and videos for his website.. I'd contact Brian and ask if he knows who owns that car.
