I don't spend much time on e-pay, but my brother-in-law does. If there's something remotely related to one of our projects, he sends me a link to it.

He forwarded this one to me...

A little pricey, perhaps?...but it showed me what my car would look like with a chop! [IMG]

I like the look he's going for...if not the small block Chevy and steering set-up!

  2. I can't believe he still has that car... it's been on here b4. Although 7500 seems steep, there is alot of work in that car. Changed the pic location though, before it was in a garage.

if you look at the shot from the back you can see they sectioned the roof itno 4 pieces and added a strip in the middle , looks pretty hokey , nothin 28 cans of Bondo wouldn't fix . but the tilt wheel and 80s seats gotta go.

wow those look better chopped than I thought. I just looked at one this weekend and the guy was telling me how to chop them. The cuts on the trunk look just like he was describing. dang if I only had a bigger garage.

Yeah, that one was in Ebay a few weeks ago... I think there was a whole topic on it. I don't know too much about metal working, but it looks like it might be kinda tough to fix that roof the way he cut it... the rest of it looks great though. I'd say it's a steal for the amount of hours in that body too!

  12. That roof is a mess. I hope no one got paid to screw it up that bad. I have see those cars chopped without cutting the roof. It gets tricky in the deck lid area but it can be done nicely.
