Technical Chopped Deuce windshield slide fitment?

Anyone got pics how they re-attached the windshield slide posts on the frt pillars of a chopped deuce .Mine was chopped 3 1/2" and the slide post brackets were on the part of the pillar cut out-still have them tho). THX

 

I too have the same problem. I made my own brackets and will try to figure out how to install them.

 

Why not cut out the mounts with some pillar around them and cut a square out of the pillar and weld them back in?

Yep just re welded it where it will fit the frame
