chopper bicycles....at Wal-Mart? The new Stingray

all i see is parts. that thing looks awful. the front wheel is too big, there is no style to the frame, seat looks like it came off of peewee's bike. just plain nasty. however, chop off the head tube and weld it to another frame, small front wheel, graft on the rear section with that fat tire. bitchin banana seat, ape hangers and it might be cool. then mail the left over parts to OCC and they can weld 'em on to one of their purchased frames, and fight about it, let discovery film it and call it cool.

 

One thing is fer sure theres alot of us that used to work for bike shops, I as well worked for Schwinn and was hurt when they went to Wal-mart. That still looks like a cool bike though.

 

Glad to see the Wal-Mart and Schwinn bashing. Go tooooo your local bike shop(who doesn't make shit) and buy a cool retro cruiser from Electra or Nirve or a chopper style bike from Giant! Us bike store owners are starving and you can pay us now or buy that peicer and pay us later. We thrive on 65.00 repair jobs on 59.95 bikes. A department store bike shopper is...................

<font color="purple"> I would much rather be at a bike shop than Wallyworld. But this is my first steady job in 2 years. I make less than half what I did in the phone industry, but at least I have a job finally. As of friday night I own 13 bikes. I have old stuff, and my Dyno I bought when I still made the money. I don't like these cheap bikes we sell, but they have some useful parts for my bikes. I still buy cool parts from the shops. </font>
