Hey Everybody, Just wanted to share the good news, Netflix picked up Choppertown so please add it to your que! Thanks to everyone, we could not be doing this without you guys. z&s
Im curious how do movies make money when they are rented through Netflix? Does the film get a flat pay out or percentage of the rental fee?
Hey Guys, thanks a million! Gooz...Netflix buys a small amount from an indie studio like us and then sees if they rent. If the film stays out all the time, then they come back with a bigger order. That would be amazing, but we're also just happy to have made it on there with all the major studios...nothing short of a miracle.
I just watched it last night... very cool! It got me wanting to build another triumph! I thought it was pretty darned good. I could have done without the bar fight scene, but then again, I guess it is a documentary... I liked seeing the BSA in the extras, wish there was more info on it. Anyways, good movie guys. You need to do another one right away! Ben
i actually just ordered this thing a week ago. it's on it's merry way home to me as i type this summabitch.
