    sick. Just totally sick.

  5. Thats a great looking chop. plymouth coupes look so good chopped. Good work.

  6. Looking fine.
Does the rear raise up some also--for driving?

Are you leaving some of the stainless trim on the body?

  7. yes rear is bagged also , keeping the beltline trim only , shaved the door handles and bought extra hood side pieces to remake the door trim , where the handle is incorporated into the trim, hood sides are 3 inches longer than the door so should work.

Good idea swapping the hood trim around. Love the looks so far, can't wait to see it done. Got a color picked out? Keep up the great work and keep the pics coming.

  9. color is going to be an eggplant purple ( almost black) and the interior and garnish moldings in an ivory white, as well as the engine in ivory , it will have wide whites , still deciding on whether to run studebaker hubcaps or paint the rims the body color with spider caps?

  10. Nice color choices!

  18. well been battling a piece of metal in my eye for the past month vision finally back so got some work done this weekend , going to use 1939 ford standard head lights , got hole rough cut and installed , welded up turn signal holes , reworking stainless by cutting and welding spear tip on , so the end of the grill bars flow with the contours of the head lights , also cut and welded up the weird body line on front fender side , will look totally factory when done , small stuff that nobody else will notice when i am done , will have to carry around a picture of a stock car to show most people what it used to look like !
first pic is what iam going for on the left and stock on the right
