I am getting ready to chop 4" out of my windshield on my 31 sedan , it has the sheet metal hinge still partially (1/2) attached from when is was removed , is it best to try and use that or make up some hinges out of like a piano hinge ?

  2. Use the original hinges,,,knock out the pins in all three hinges and insert a piece of rod to keep everything aligned. HRP

The body and doors are already done but it came with a wind sheild that was not yet chopped but still has the sheet metal attached , it needs to be narrowed and chopped

  4. Chopped windshield take it off the bottom,,honesty, the last 2 model A's we chopped we didn't have to narrow anything. HRP
