Well, hmmm, close but lets look at those badges again. First, ALF badges are generally a horizontal rectangle with a vertical Maltese Cross in the middle and extending above and below the rectangle. Some have an eagle perched on the top of the Maltese Cross while some do not. We are OK there but look at the script. In the picture of the abandoned rig the script seems to be arched starting low on our left, rising through the center of the badge, then dropping down again to our right. The script on the restored truck is perfectly straight and horizontal. Now then, I'm not trying to stir up trouble on Christmas Day, or any other day for that matter, but I am still curious about the badge. Is it indeed a unique ALF badge? Probably, but in a search through my pictures and browsing the internet I've not seen another one like it.
Alf said Hotrod it......Jay Leno's monster speedster comes to mind...this one above is very cool. I can imagine these wild rides while not suited to every moment would be a blast to drive given the right occasion.
