FedEx will drop off a new Black Friday PrimeWeld CUT60 plasma cutter to replace the Miller Spectrum 375.

Scheduled delivery is this Friday. I can probably sell the Miller to pay for the Primeweld, but inertia probably won’t let that happen.

Also got a new/used Metabo angle grinder from Amazon Warehouse. Box was beat up, but the tool seems to never had a disc installed. I’ve had good luck with “used” tools from Amazon, although not all listings offer enough of a discount to ***ume the risk.

Bought another narrow rolling workbench from HD to fit in our tiny 20’x20’ garage at the winter house in Tucson. Sometimes I feel sorry or sad about the small space here, but then others remind me that they have to work outside, so I guess I should count my blessings.

  2. A blank check from somebody with lots of money to back it up with so I can get some kind of Paint on this poor thing. It's been on hold way to long due to the Stupid Cost of Paint materials and Labor cost. I'm not going to take out a Mortgage on my home to get it done.

Either a Hilborn unit for a smallblock mopar or a blower intake manifold for a smallblock mopar.

    Amen.

This year I down-sized a career to get more time at home. I plan to spend more time with both my kids and my father, playing cars. I am grateful that life has given me the opportunity to do this, and the wisdom to make it happen before I no longer can.

    Cheers,
    Harv

Health forced me out of rodding a year ago, sold cars, in process of selling/disposing of tools. Honestly I've enjoyed just having the evenings, weekends, and spare time with family and the few friends I have left in this world. Yes, it was a great hobby and I loved building the rods but didn't think about the expense i paid with the family. My advice to those whose lives totally revolve around cars is don't let it--the cars i built will still be here after i'm gone, they don't care-hopefully the family/friends will.

    Dear Santa, I’d like…

    Car lift
    Better mig welder
    A real welding table
    Ton’s more clamps
    A mill
    Bigger compressor
    HVAC
    Toilet & sink
And of course, a bigger garage.

    Thanks little Johnny

I don't ask for much. Just would like more blowers, intakes, engines, engine parts, more carbs, injection, injection parts, more tools, more shop equipment, a bigger shop, better heat in the shop, and AC, and more hot rods to go in the bigger shop. Oh, and to retire soon. See, not much.:D;)
