Technical Chrome handle Threads

    Hopefully someone on here can help me with the repair. Chrome handle Threads pulled out on a rechromed handle. Can't weld it and can't retap. Any ideas? Maybe sometype of epoxy.

    pictures and a more complete description might help us help you.

    If it's a handle that a bolt screws into, you might be able to epoxy a stud in the hole and use a nut to retain it.

    That what I was thinking. Maybe a cooper bolt. Cut the top off retread it and then use a epoxy in the hole. Cooper only to match the handle.

    Is "cooper" like "copper"?

    I'd use a normal steel stud, like a short length of all-thread.
