Astro Chrome & Polishing is a decent shop at a reasonable price; I'd rate them a B+. Sherm's in Sacramento gets an A or A+, Verne's in Gardena gets an A, but both are very pricey compared to Astro.

There is also High Luster here in Hayward or San Leandro. One of the locals had some work done there and is quite satisfied.
