Thanks. Saw a FB post a short while ago from a buddy who's there commenting on the attendance, or lack of. The crowds don't seem to be there from the live feed. Not that I've ever been so am not qualified to comment meaningfully. But I'm happy watching nostalgia tf!!

Last one I went to there was 60,000 people there.... It was the 25th... When Steve Gibbs left it went downhill...I haven't been back...

 

The turnout looks pretty poor. Under a bit of a delay for a crash.

 

I went today with my dad. A lot more people in the pits, car show and swap meet than the stands. We watched the races for a bit. The racing was pretty good. Going through the swap meet I saw an interesting intake setup that I’ve never seen before. Setup was for 4 side drafts.

 

Those Offy adapters are made to make a 2x4 intake look like a crossram- that guy took it to another level. I have a set on an old F262 2x4. The A/FX guys had a pretty good turnout, Larry Knapp brought his Cammer Mustang "Stampede". Did you see my buddy Scrappy at the swap meet?

 

Cackle fest will be next.

 

We attended a couple of years ago and the stands were reasonably full . Today they appear 90% empty?? Am I missing something??
