History Chuck Layman Skip's Drive-In Diorama

From 'Scale Auto Enthusiast' October 1987 - an excellent 1:25 scale Drive-In with great models several of which actually cruise around the building. Is this the same Chuck Layman who did a '58 Olds convertible custom and a '40 Ford?

 

I love it!! Totally brilliant work.
