How much clearance is recommended between top of the rears and fenders ?

I don't know if there is a "recommended" clearance. It all depends on your spring rate and ride height. I have seen some tires that look like they would rub, but don't seem to have an issue.

1" clearance when the rear of the car is hitting the bump stops. Or the axle hits the frame, or whatever else you have instead of bump stops :)

correct clearance is when hit a big dip, or hole, in road and ride does not bottom out. frame cracks due impact not worth the cool look.

These are great suggestions. Hahahaha I’m gonna use the spring seat . That should make up for some ride hight.

Hahahaha no **** right!?! I see some great examples and think if that’s even possible. Maybe raise it an inch or so.
