Guys these just came off a 37 ford 4dr I bought can't find any info on them. They are stamped BG-50 14/6.37. Clev-Weld made in the USA.
They appear to be a stock Wide 5 wheel that accept the stock hub caps that were typical to those wheels. They may be a manufacturer for Ford or aftermarket replacements.
Clev Weld was one of the big wheel makers like Budd, Firestone, etc. I do not see hubcap clips, and I've never seen any that did not have "windows" where the center rivits on. Not Marmon Herrington, or Ford, maybe from the auto parts store.
Does the 14 refer to a 14 inch wheel. Pretty sure a 14 inch wheel does.nt even fit on a stock 1930s wide 5 Ford brake drum and backing plate. The drum is to big for 14 inch. Unless maybe zero backspace. "Trailer wheels". Heres my Clev-Weld wheels, the common artillery style in 15 inch for the Ford 5.5 inch bolt pattern.
These wheels were on the car when I got it with a trim ring on them also . They are a 14" wheel the width is 6.375.
