Cloning the "Pioneering Plymouth" ...a Barris Kustom 1953 Plymouth

Glad to see you've made some progress in the last few months! Any thing new? Get that chop squared away yet?

 

Still working on the clone. Havent given up....just ran out of a little steam and finally got a foot in my ass to get back to work on it.

 

Just got some old Motor Trends and Car Crafts and I found a page with both this car and Junior Conway's Ford!

Tell me more, what did you find Jr. Conways car in?

 

They were examples of things you can do. I believe it was about their trim and what cars it came off of, but I'm not positive. I'll have to reread them and find it to take a pic!

An old thread, but here is a scan of the trunk. Didn`t know if you had a picture of it or not. Now you can continue your build if that was holding you up. I just ran across it today again.
