So I exploded the Ujoint and housing on my 1951 at the ******. Looks like the whole thing shattered. So my question to you, the Jedis, is can I get replacement parts or can i change the rear end and install a open drive shaft?

What make is it? They make kits to help do that but Chevy or Ford come from different places.

***uming its a Chevy(next time describe your car) its probably easier in the long run to go to open drive line, plenty of "kits" out there, a Chevy R/end will bolt in, and you can go to a 3speed or 350 turbo or T5.... 5 sp depending on your application. there is really no cheap way out. If you are planning to keep the car do it right..IMO> IP
