Don't understand why I keep losing FreePlay on my hydraulic clutch. I have free play before I drive but then I loose it afterwards. I have a 1935 Ford pickup truck with a flathead motor using a Cornhusker kit. Anybody have any suggestions are appreciated thank you

Most master cylinders have a "bleedback " hole just in front of where the piston stops in the bore, when you release the pedal you see a small geyser shoot up into the reservoir. If you're not seeing this perhaps your hole is plugged or was not drilled...

Does your m/c have a built in residual pressure valve? Some early m/c had a disc that held pressure for drum brakes.

Clutch hydraulics should have no freeplay... If you have some and it goes away after driving.. you have air in the system.
