Technical Clutch linkage

    When going with a sbc and a later model 4/5 speed in a 1940 Ford, what is everybody using for clutch linkage? Hydraulic only?

    Are you not using the stock pedals?

    I don't have time to research it but would have to believe that there are some simple mechanical setups availble that use the stock pedal and the shaft or part there of.

    SoCal kit, rather spendy for the linkage and bracket for the pivit ball but rather simple. It's also something that if you can visualize you could build your own version with a few hours of fabricaton time. Roadster shop also shows the linkage. Screenshot (2295).png Screenshot (2289).png
