im working on the final stages of****embling my 35 ford 5 window and I am trying to figure out the clutch pedal linkage the linkage that was in there was ripped out by the person storing the car. the clutch is going to a sbc 350 and its a wall mount clutch if anyone has any advice it would help a lot
I'd be looking at a hydraulic clutch. That would save a lot of fight and cobbling with linkage. I'm not a fan of firewall mounted master cylinders and what not but they do work even if they are ugly and it may be necessary on your rig due to clearance problems. I'd say that someone will come up with what you are looking for before the day is over though and maybe several workable suggestions.
If it's firewall mounted then it is hydraulic no? You need a slave cylinder or a hydraulic throw out bearing? @Mr48chev beat me to it!
Well, I just did this in my little racer last night? It's a video but I don't think it will play unless you view it in my Instagram?
Cactus1 Here you go. I put it on you tube instead. Not exactly your situation but it may spark something?
