  11. Most of these photos were taken at an Antique Truck show in Macungie, PA about 10 years ago. The White 3000 was at the Pomona Swap Meet and the White Crew Cab at the first NHRA Reunion in Bakersfield.

  12. I posted some preliminary pics of my pal's '41 Ford COE quite some time ago. Well it's all together and running now. Mild chop, air bag suspension, hydraulic bed for access to the mid-mounted Lincoln engine, etc. His wife wants to see what comments y'all might have.

Very nice truck! How much is it chopped?

It looks just like one of those 1:24 scale JADA COE model trucks you see.
    (without the bling wheels though!)

Yes you can tell his wife how privileged she is to be married to a man with such talent.

Matt/silk black/green does not photograph all that well indoors. Any chance of bright light outdoors?

  17. vintagehotrods.....It's been chopped 2" and has been narrowed 6 inches and has a Dana 44 410 gears posie. It has a '79 3/4 ton front end. Truck has been shortened 2 feet. Hopefully there will be outside pictures taken soon.

I have not had a chance to do much to this truck. I have been experimenting with this visor. All comments are appreciated.

I like these. More forward control than COE though.

I am hoping someone can help me find a '38 - '47 Ford COE and parts for those models. I know they are tough to find, especially in New York. I will have it shipped across the U.S. if need be, but I prefer to find one as close to NY as possible to reduce shipping costs. Please let me know if anyone has information. I am also looking for information regarding production numbers and the like. Thank you.

Heard it from a Ford fan who saw some sort of records that 55K of the '38-47 style was built- a decent amount.
I have a '40 (see page 15) ... tho at the moment I am not looking to sell. No spare parts available, either.

If you are ever looking to sell, please keep me in mind. I am ready to pull the trigger on one of these...no B.S. I have a budget amount in mind.

These two are near my grandmothers house in Oklahoma. They have been sitting there a long time. I was up there this past Sunday and finally had the camera with me.

Keep me posted if you go check in to it. I don't even want to ask about it, I've got way too many trucks already.
