Not convinced that Ford built it entirely... The camper section just doesn't say 1958 to me...

Why would they use a 1955 pu grille? In 1958 , 4 headlites were all the "RAGE"

 

Yeah, things don't match very well. Looks to me like a fairly good job of breading a 58 ford step van and a mid to late 60s slide in camper. Ford used that design on their step vans until the mid 60s IIRC. A top shelf late 60s hippy wagon. LOL
