I have a 41 Ford COE. I am looking for wiper motor/blade ideas. I do not want to use a cable drive like Specialty Power Windows. I have heard about using VW wipers. I also have the original motors I could have rebuilt. Anyone have any input / ideas / photos they can share? Thanks
Sorry, I don't have any photos with me but I used an '83 model Honda Civic on my '46. It takes a little room and a couple of relays to make to make it work but it works very well. Of course the mounting and the linkage/arms needed to be modified Not sure on the Ford but the Chevy has a shelf above the windshield that worked out good. It took 2 days to figure everything out. I've run this system in for 2 years (before China) with no issues. Fasttoys
