coker dirt track tires?

I know Rogue was running them on his new project, are they safe? the add says "dsplay only" can they be run or is it dangerous?

I talked with a guy from Coker this year about that. He said they had to put "Display Only" for liability reasons. He said they would be just fine for regular driving. I plan on putting them on my roadster someday....
