  2. That's great news!

And I'm eagerly awaiting additional information on the Excelsior Roadster radials that debuted at GNRS!!!

I hope the pricing relaxes a bit but I'm always interested in more tire options.

Any info on what debuted at GNRS? I didn't see a thread on them if there was one.

Sort of? I think? But I can't say... I guess? Yet.

I don't have the same kind of access I used to have before Corky left, but there are still many of the people working there. I think that's really Corky's legacy. He surrounded himself with good people and many of them stayed on board.

I look forward to hearing some positive progress.

There sure are some negative views on here regarding Coker's product, I don't have a horse in that race but keen to have a vintage tyre supplier out there as an option for the future!!

Keep supporting those that support us where ya can!

Oh just read the link on the Coker website, shame the trade up is for US customers only :(

Glad to hear they are back! I will likely be needing a new set of bias wide whites this year.

It’s easy to have one bad experience with a company, write them off, and then spend the next decade torching them online like some self-appointed executioner of internet justice. But take a step back—there are some outfits we simply can’tafford to lose.

You want a set of Firestone big-and-littles for your hot rod? Where the hell are you getting them if Coker isn’t around?

Sick of chasing gremlins in rebuilt Strombergs and just want to bolt on something fresh? Where are you finding a brand-new 97 that isn’t stamped out in some anonymous Chinese factory without Clive?

Or take me, for example—I screw up constantly. Hell, I’ve practically built a career on it. But at the end of the day, if the HAMB disappeared, what’s left? A wasteland of soulless tech suits mining your data and selling your habits to the highest bidder.

What I’m saying is this—in a niche world like ours, survival isn’t just about the individual. It’s about keeping the whole damn industry alive. You have to back the people who are out there every day, clawing and scraping to keep the gears turning—not just for themselves, but for all of us.

Corky was the guy who taught me that.

Man, great news. I have no experience or use for radials, but I have had nothing but good experiences with dozens and dozens of Coker bias plies

Sorry Ryan but it will a long while, if ever, I purchase Coker tires again. I got screwed royally by them and anybody that experienced what I went thru with them would agree with me.

I own 7 cars with Coker Tires and in the many years rolling on them only one issue and taken care of right away.
Cost has gone up but they need to survive as we do also.

I run Coker Bias on all my cars..... I totally understand the difference in a bias and a radial.
I personally have never had an issue about the tires.... and completely understand what they are.
Some folks have had issues and I am not countering their experiences...
Really glad that the company is still around delivering a product for our era of cars.

I run a set of bias on one of my 57's and the look is what I wanted... yes.. expensive.... but not as expensive as rubber for my dailys.....
This entire Hobby is expensive.... and in the last 10 years has really gotten ridiculous.... but that is like anything... from food, to living expenses to travel.... it's all very very expensive.

(Sorry... I went too far around the Barn.)

Saw the new Excelsior roadster tire at the GNRS, a game changer for vintage highboys and other cars. I've had my issues with Coker over the yeas but have Excelsior's on my daily driver deuce pickup, my deuce highboy roadster and a new deuce roadster I'm working on. Also had them on several other 32's I've sold. Glad the see they're back.

Run Coker's on my cars .Never had any problems!

  26. I saw them at GNRS. When can we get a smaller size for the true big and little look? I run 450-475 /16 in the front to go along with the 750/16 rears.

  27. Site says "coming soon"...I'm sure a call to the source could answer the question. I'm in the same boat, but I'm not ready yet to purchase the "last set" for B4Cdan.

I called they are coming to the kyana swapmeet in Louisville can pickup tires there & save shipping . they told me 20% off regular price anybody else check did you get the same answer. 4 tires I asked about around $840 plus tax.I have bought 18 bias tires. 1 wouldn't balance .they said it was ok.that pair is on a boat trailer that just goes a couple miles to the lake and back. I have had 10 radials 1 that the belts broke coming home from the custom car revival. When I looked at it I jacked the car up & let the air out of it .after returning the tire & quite a few calls they warrantied it .it was about 5 years old . I think the reason there are complaints about Coker tires are they are 3 times what a normal tire cost .they are expected to be better. just my opinion

  29. You can't beat the Coker Bias ply tires. HRP
