What do you all think of the Coker brand vintage look radial tire with the pie crust edge? Any idea what a 15in tire would be the same as a 16/750 and a 16 /550. They don't have 16 in these. I thought maybe we could stencil Firestone on them.

There is no 15" tire that looks like a 16" tire. There lies the conundrum. So having your radial and eating it too can't be done.

why not just run 16" steel rims ? and get the Firestone tires .( you won't need to stencil Firestone on 15" radial white wall then o_O) I have 16" steel rims with 6.00 x 16 Firestone (black walls)Deluxe Champion tires on my 36 3 window Ford.. Just bought another set of 16" steels for Firestone white walls 6.00 x 16.. Should have asked earlier, what are you running these 15" on ?

Staying bias or ?? According to this a 7.50 16 Coker bias is 31"tall https://www.summitracing.com/parts/cok-682310/overview/

The 8-90/15 Coker is 31 inches tall. https://www.cokertire.com/tires/styles/bias-ply-tires/firestone-bias-ply-whitewall-4128.html

The smallest pie crust 16 they show is 600 16 at 28.56 the 670/15 comes out to that same diameter which might be a tad taller than you are looking for. https://www.cokertire.com/tires/styles/bias-ply-tires/firestone-bias-ply-whitewall-4128.html

If you are going radials you can poke on the radial page for the sidewall and compare just as I did to find those as none of us have that info on the top of our head and we all have to look it up.

Hi. In the Coker catalog they give the tire diameter of all of the bias look radials. Jimmie

Stop sooking Danny, I just paid A$473 for 8.20x15 American Cl***ic cross ply lookalikes. Apparently American Cl***ic are dearer as they are made in the US but Cokers are made in Mexico.
Full set for my 32-5W was A$1837 and I don't think they are as good as the earlier version I replaced them with.

I have Firestone ribbed bias plies on 16" '40 steelies on the '32 Sedan and love the look but not happy with the "feel" of the car in the rain or on less than stellar roads.
I'm now buying Excelsior Stahl radials and switching to '35 wires. Looked at Diamondback and the new tires from Coker and the Excelsiors have the best look.
Have them on the 3 Window and like them so far.
All of the reproduction tires are expensive no matter what brand.
They pretty much got you on 16" front tire choices.
