When I had an issue with a white wall cracking, Coker paid for everything to get me a new good one and take the old one back.

I don't know about anything other than the way my case was handled, they paid shipping round trip, Replacement tire here old one back.

  3. last year I bought a set of Firestones for the rear of my tudor and just could not live with the "rub strip" or shoulder on the sidewall. I e-mailed them and they let me send them back for a full refund (less shipping) Not that there was anything wrong with the tires the just looked one sided with the big bump on one side. I thought I was treated fair as I had mounted them already.

This could just as easily be malware on YOUR machine, bouncing your credit card number out to a third-party.

Without evidence that a Coker employee did this, this is hearsay.

Also, there are card number generators. Much of your card number is static. It is comprised of the industry ID, issuer ID, account number, security code and a checksum digit. Only the account number, security code and checksum change. These work in known algorithmic patterns (the Luhn Algorithm), hence card number generators.

coker ruined my rant also had a tire I thought had a broken belt it was out of shape really shook the car. I ordered 2 new ones to pick up at an nsra event. they forgot to bring my tires so they shipped them to my house for free. I gave them the bad tire at the event..waited for credit card statement it showed no credit . called coker they found my tire checked it out issued a full credit.
