OMG. If there are so many of us, then it's not a sickness, we're a hole other culture! I've been collecting since the 70's as a kid.
    Things to do with them.
I lent them out once and they didn't come back.
I cut all the pictures out of them once and wall papered my room. They are still there today, twenty something years later. Mom and Dad love it now days. . Cool but destructive.
Now days they are on shelves in the garage, soon to be moved to the living room. I just bought 3 7.5'x3' shelves at the state surplus store for them and my books, which of course I still have all of. Saving them for my kids.;) All ways wanted a floor to ceiling library.

heck, i'd be interested in some of them. i'm a hopeless mag collector! i'm tryin to work on the 60's era R&C car craft, etc. at least thats the stuff that i'd pay to ship right now, i dig the 70's and 80's mags too, especially the oddball ones, but can't justify shipping those cross country.

i keep thinking we should start a vintage mag swap post on the hamb, were we can trade/give away/sell cheap our duplicates and fill in gaps, but i'm sure many of you are like myself, catalogging the mags is a "someday" project that you just never quite get around to!

i liked the packing material BenD used in some corrospondance recently, pages ripped from a vintage playboy mag!:D

Same problem here. I have over the years kept tons of old Hot Rod mags. Still have many but have broke down and sold some by lots on E-Bay by year! Your not going to make a fortune, but have made money to buy either guess what more old mags or parts for the car. It is a addiction. I kinda of just recycle on E-bay. Shipping costs are high even with media mail because of the weight. Have thought about cutting out particular articles and storing them in binders but cant bring myself to cut them up!
