I sat in it at John's once too. Not exactly comfortable, but not terrible either. FYI: It was the car on the Billetproof poster in 1999.
I usually don't like the 1950's cast headlight stands, although the horizontal bar helps, but to change them would be screwing up a cl***ic HOT ROD magazine cover car. Twenty plus years ago, when I first saw Frank Macks 27 roadster, I thought the only thing I would change would be the E&J headlights.......now I think it would be a shame to change them. A number of years from now, hopefully you will understand the goofy headlight perches, and why they should stay on the collegiate coupe.
Does anyone know there whereabouts of this car? Is it shown in any museum or something? I would love to see it in person.
Hey, in appreciation of this car, I have created a 3d printable silhouette. Check it out: https://makerworld.com/de/models/2592077-1932-ford-coupe-silhouette-hot-rod-wall-art#profileId-2860085 Hope you like it and it is going to decor someone else's wall, too.
... plus some AI enhanced pictures of the original Hot Rod Magazine photos. Jesus, that first one is driving me nuts. I love this. This is so amazing.
