The switching valve on mine switches vac from port to port when you actuate the arm. What is that finger lever ( that should be but isn’t connected ) do and why is depressing it required? I am ***uming it is a safety however my valve switches without depressing it. Thanks

Redoing the rear can with gaskets and seals soon.

If no one here answers you, try asking on the FordBarn or the EV8 Ford website.

If that is the lever with the speedometer cable connections on it it switches the gearing to the speedometer to read correctly when in overdrive.
