i know i know its only june 27th but with the 4th in between i was hoping thta it werent too early to start to set sothing up for columbus . some may even be leaving home before the 4th and not rurn home until after cols goodguysa .......so watcha thinking any ideas ? please feel free to chime in

Since Dad is going (free bed) and Race is now working for Eagle One (passes to get in), this show is now on our list to do this summer because it's now affordable to do so. We aren't taking any extra time off though so we won't be arriving in town till Friday nite. Someone please pick a time and place to meet and me and Roadster will be there. (I'll have cookies ) Also, a local buddy that we got our room from has a couple of extra if anyone is interested. They are at the Days Inn Fairgrounds which is the motel that is located next to the MickyD's right next door to the fairgrounds. The rooms are $80 a nite. Pm me if you are interested. In case anyone is interested, Dad's '56 Olds will be debuting there. It's silver and black now with black and white interior. Please stop and introduce yourself if you see him. I know the car is not everyone's style here on the HAMB but there are a ton of super cool touches on it. He's been working hard on it for a couple three years now doing alittle something different each winter. Stop and check it out.

BUT, they are for thurs. check-in, and you'd have to meet me there to get them because they're on my CC We have 2 bedroom suites, that have a livingroom and kitchen(pull out couch also)at Marriot Town Place Suites in Worthington. $85/night We may also have a couple single rooms too. Maybe.$66/night Same deal. For thurs. am check-in. I know I can't just cancel mine and let you call for them. We tried it last year and got burned. We got these great rates because of GG's discount, AAA, and we reserved them in Jan.!

Me too! I won't be taking a car into the main grounds this year. I usually just park at the registration parking lot normally only staying at the show around five hours on Saturday. Sounds as though the grassy knoll is near that parking lot. Let me know the time and I'll be over! PJ
Grassy knoll works for me. What times, and which days. And Clark, my buddy, my pal. I only wish I had enough to cover those rooms on the card! They'd be truly disappointed if they ran it to pay for more than one room! Just used to hold the reservations. We may need roommates though if anyone else from our crew bails!!! 2bdrm. suite with livingroom and kitchen with pull out couch!!
