    M&M Head service in Delaware.
Mike built a '66 283 for my son's Nova, ran great very fair pricing
We just fired the new 383" roller motor Mike built for the Nova, WOW it's stout.
As always great work, fair prices!
    PM me for more info.

Bob Beach is probably hands down the best in the area. Fowler is another excellent shop. Randy's Machine shop in whitehall does some good work as well.

While have not personally used him, I have heard good things about M&M from guys that are very fussy.

Last one I had built, was done at ADI on Morse Rd. Had a 283 Align Bored, heads redone and crank polished. Don't know if they're still there, but they did excellent work. The shop mentioned in Delaware had a good reputation also.

I did a search on the hamb and found this thread! I researched and got some info so I thought I'd post it in case someone else needs it:

TTT because when I saw this the first time I saw HEMI TECH and ignored the rest.

This is an awesome list of machine shops.

I'm in columbus ohio, found another thread that listed some places but no phone numbers.

Now I find this that has phone numbers and I'd completely missed it.

Maybe someone else will notice it and get use out of it too.

Tis the season to be buying used parts and getting them checked out!!! :D

dunno if they do early hemi but M&M head service in Deleware was recommended by a few guys. Their number is

    m&m head service
    740-369-6442
    30 Reid Street
    City: Delaware
    State: Ohio
    ZIP: 43015

I'm waiting for a call back. I'm not surprised a good place would be too busy to get the phone.

    for reference the previously mentioned
    Fowler Engines
    614-258-2924
    3021 Switzer Ave, 43219

Seemed knowledgeable on the phone, charge $60 (per head?) to clean and inspect (no magnaflux) a set of vortec heads for me, just to give you some idea of prices.

Bob Beach owner-heard he's the best in town
He's been machining longer than I've been alive and has plenty of early hemi experience
took me half an hour on the interweb to get his number! Nice guy, wants $50 to mag and inspect my vortechs which sounds great, he gets the job.
