Does anyone know what body parts are compatable between mid-thirties GM's? I have a '37 Olds 2 door sedan, and I was curious if you can take parts from say a 1938 Chevy 2 door sedan (master deluxe), or even a '36 or '39 GM product. I attached close-ups of the door and trunk lid I want to replace. Please help.

    Thanks.

If your Olds is the small series (6 cyl) then Chev's of the 40's is your new best friend! The 8 cyl. cars shared the body shell with Cad/Buick, so chev stuff won't work. Floor pans and firewalls are different, but rockers, quarter skins, trunk skins. On later ones, rear fenders will fit, but Chev's are narrower than their Olds and Pontiac cousins.
