    What's sadder than anything in that whole situation is that they can't go for a good fun day out in a park without the damned beer. :rolleyes:

    Public places are no place for drinking.

    And people wonder why they turn into alcoholics.

    I like beer as much as the next guy but there is a time and place for it, and that isn't one of them.

    Just for the record. The Michigan Liquor Control Commission has specific rules for establishments selling alcohol. If the venue sells any alcohol, they cannot allow BYOB. The licensed vendor is responsible for enforcing this rule. If caught in violation, they are subject to heavy fines and/or loss of license.
    I know this is policy at the local circle track, but MIS has both. (Special Exception?)
