  2. Have you hit the garage journal yet .... just reading will answer a lot of your questions.

    The regulator at the tank is no big deal just run it wide open .... either way you are going to want to have a regulator closer to your spray gun just for the finer adjustments.

    Sometimes sprayers use more than air tools like impacts, etc. ... definitely don't go with a hvlp with that small of compressor.

    I picked up a product at SEMA last year and I love it. It's called the fisheye filter and attaches directly to your gun or any air tool. Here is their website. http://fisheyefilter.com/
