Consumer Reports crashes 59 BEL AIR -

OK I'M JUST VENTING NOW!!!

But come on, The Institute for Highway Safety crashed what appears to be a pristine 59 Bel Air. And we wonder what drives the prices of these cars up. Stupid scientists going "hey look, the cars are safer now, and just for the hell of it lets crash an old car to prove it". Granted, its only a 4 door, but still. I don't take there old scientific work and and burn it because there is new progress thats been done.

And if some of this does't really make sense to you it's because I'm actually really really pissed and am having a hard time keeping my cool over this.

Any other opinons on the situation?

Yes, my opinion is that you should search before you post.

 

I heard someone stuck the 348 in the 09 Malibu and it's doing 8's in the quarter, smoking the front tires and torque steering all the way down the track..

 

You know...most of you on here are heartless mother f-rs...I searched under 59 bel ar...crashed bel air...malibu vs belair...insurance crash, as well as others. I din't see it. I don't sit around on the f***in computer all day searching the forums. F all of you...for real!
