    Wern't the Willys 4 cylinder engines used in the CJ 2A and 3A Jeeps Continental engines with a Willys head?

    Let's put it this way...the Henry J four-cylinder can use the same cylinder head as the Jeep flathead and they're both the same displacement as the Continental Red Seal F134.

    A few years ago, I talked to a guy whose mother had worked for K-F and he was quite insistent that while the F226 and the Kaiser 226 were related, that K-F engineers had put quite a bit into redesigning the basic Red Seal to be an acceptable 1950s car engine and that it was not the same as the similar prewar Graham engine.
