And as for how to make it work . . . here's some instructions for Y'all:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING AVATAR

1. Once you find the Avatar you want - right click on it and save to your computer.
2. Click on "User CP" up at the top there on the HAMB.
3. Click on 'Edit Avatar'
4. Use Custom Avatar
5. Browse for the file on your computer - and there you go!
