Looking Good! I’d love to see this in person. I’ve been in the room with Stan a long time ago. Is the Bugatti still in house?

Also your bio says you are a machinist. Looking for someone to help machine my quick change. Any interest? Or could you send me in the right direction? Thanks!

I have been working on my 201 quick change lately. I welded up the pinion halo and had it machined. I pressed the bearings and pressed the pinion in and everything looked great. Then I looked closer and the halo had a hairline crack in it. So I’m going to have to take it all apart and start over. To say I was frustrated would be an understatement. I couldn’t look at it for 3 weeks. But instead of just giving up on it decided to buy some machining tools and do the machining myself so if it does crack again I can repair it myself rather than paying to have it done. Gonna be tricky but it’s fun to learn new things. I’ve been trying to get the hood fitting properly. I’ll post some pics. Thanks for your support!
